Clicking on the image below will take you through to the Lysterfield District Trail Riders map. This is more up to date than the Parks Victoria map as it shows the new Follow Me trail and the new Aneurysm trail. Redgum Trail is the one in red in the map below.

The following photo gallery is of the Red Gum Trail. It misses a small section between the Commonwealth Games Circuit and Glen Track but covers most of it. This trail is a narrow and fairly flat track with reasonable visibility between the light forest and few obstacles apart from trees close to the track. Because of this, good speed can be made on this trail.

The Red Gum Trail is a fairly straightforward and fast trail. You can access this from the number 10 trail which heads from the Commonwealth Games circuit car park up to the Commonwealth Games circuit or via the Glen Track.

The first and second photos show the access point from the Commonwealth Games circuit car park which heads down Glen Track before turning right onto the trail. One photo shows one of the locals with joey on board who was right up next to the trail.

	Parking is available at Horswood Road and Hallam North Road entrances. 24 hour access and parking for MTBers is located just outside the Horswood Road entrance.
	Toilet facilities are available at the Horswood Road picnic areas and Hallam North Road car park.
	Drinking water is available at the Horswood Road picnic areas and Hallam North Road car park.
	Food and drinks are available at the Trailmix cafe which is located near the Horswood Road picnic areas.
	Trail information can be found adjacent to the Horswood Road gates (on northern side of road) and at Hallam North Road.
